Protected with signed URLs
Photos are only accessible via time-limited signed URLs. Even a copied link expires automatically.
Responsible data handling
Personal data is handled in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI). Never shared with third parties without consent. The Service is not designed for compliance with GDPR, CCPA, or other non-Japanese privacy laws.
Frequently asked questions
Q.Do my clients need to install an app?
No. They just tap the link and it opens right in their phone's browser. Works on both iPhone and Android.
Q.What file formats are supported?
JPEG, PNG, HEIC, and HEIF. TIFF and RAW files aren't supported.
Q.Is my photo data stored securely?
All data is stored in encrypted cloud storage. Accessing a photo requires a time-limited signed URL.
Q.How long is the free plan free for?
Forever. The Free plan includes 1 project a month with up to 500 photos, at no cost. Photos on the Free plan are deleted automatically 30 days after the project is created (never while your client is still selecting), and the deletion date is shown on the project screen. Upgrade if you need more.
Q.Can I run multiple projects at once?
Yes — manage all your projects from one dashboard. Free allows 1/month, Light allows 3/month, Standard allows 20/month, and Pro is unlimited.
Q.Does this work for weddings and other big shoots?
Yes. It works for weddings, family sessions, maternity, portraits, and more. Clients can comfortably browse and select from their phone. The Free to Standard plans allow up to 500 photos per project, so if a single wedding or event shoot runs over 500 photos, consider the Pro plan (unlimited photos).
Q.How is this different from just sending photos over text or messaging apps?
Messaging apps struggle with large batches — photos get compressed, split across messages, and it's hard to track what was picked. With Select photo, you send one link, your client taps to select, and the results are saved and reported automatically.
