Frequently asked questions
Q.Do clients really not need to install anything?
A.Correct — clients just tap the link and select photos right in their phone's default browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.). Works the same on iPhone and Android.
Q.What if my client closes their phone mid-selection?
A.Their selections are saved to the server automatically. Opening the same link again picks up right where they left off, including scroll position.
Q.Can a client change their selection after confirming?
A.Yes, up to 3 times within 30 minutes of confirming. After that (or after the 3rd redo), they'll need to contact the photographer directly for any changes.
Q.Will the gallery be slow with lots of photos?
A.Each project supports up to 500 photos (unlimited on the Pro plan). The gallery loads photos progressively as needed, so scrolling stays smooth even on a phone.
