Initial setup

Once you've set it up, you just add a little more each time you shoot.
Add a client
Just enter a name, phone number, and email address. Add tags (e.g. "Shichi-Go-San" or "Repeat client") so you can filter and search later.
Record family details
Register a child's name, date of birth, and other family details you want to remember. Families with multiple kids can have a record for each child. Shichi-Go-San and birthday timing are calculated automatically from date of birth.
Track session history and payments
Record shoot dates, what was shot, the amount, and whether payment has been received. The revenue page automatically totals things up by month.
Set a reminder
Register a date like "follow up around next month," and you'll get a notification as that date approaches.

Check what's due today
Open the client list and see, at a glance, reminders coming due, unpaid balances, this month's revenue, and how many kids are approaching a milestone.
Filter by tag or search
Search by name or email, or filter by tag — for example, pull up only clients tagged "Shichi-Go-San."
Check the client page before you reach out
Open the client page and you'll see the last session, contact history, and the kids' current ages — so you reach out already "in the know."
Add a note after you connect
Just jot down a line about what you talked about over the phone or in a message. It's a note to your future self for next time.
Usage FAQ
Q.Can I migrate client data I currently manage in a spreadsheet or notebook?
A.Yes. Use "Import CSV" from the client list to bring your existing records in as-is — you just map columns like name, contact info, and tags on screen.
Q.How is Shichi-Go-San timing calculated?
A.Once you register a child's date of birth, milestones at ages 3, 5, and 7 (using actual age) are calculated automatically and shown on the client page and in "Today's tasks."
Q.Where do reminders show up?
A.They're sent to your registered email address. Upcoming reminders are also grouped together in the "Today's tasks" section inside the app.
Q.What happens to client data if I cancel?
A.You can still view, export, and delete data for a while after cancellation. Data is only deleted after an extended period of inactivity, and we'll notify you by email beforehand. See the Legal Disclosure and Privacy Policy for details.
