Q.Is it okay to register a child's date of birth and other personal information?
Information you register is used solely for your own client management. Please make sure you've obtained any necessary consent from the child's parent or guardian before registering it.
Q.Can I migrate client data I currently manage in a spreadsheet?
Yes — bulk-import via CSV. You can bring your existing records over as-is.
Q.Is Shichi-Go-San age calculated using traditional or actual age?
Milestones for ages 3, 5, and 7 are calculated automatically using actual (full) age.
