Frequently asked questions
Q.How much can I use for free?
You can register up to 3 customers for free — no subscription or credit card required. From your 4th customer, you'll need the CRM standalone plan (from ¥680/month) or the Standard/Pro plan.
Q.Will my free-tier data stay forever?
There's never a charge for the free tier. That said, for free-tier-only accounts that have never held a paid CRM contract, if there's no login for 12 months or more, we may delete the data after sending an advance email notice (Terms of Service, free-tier-only accounts clause).
Q.Can I subscribe without using the photo selection feature?
Yes. You can subscribe to the CRM feature on its own.
Q.Is it okay to register a child's date of birth and other personal information?
Information you register is used solely for your own client management. Please make sure you've obtained any necessary consent from the child's parent or guardian before registering it.
Q.Can I migrate client data I currently manage in a spreadsheet?
Yes — download our CSV template, paste in your existing records, and upload it for a bulk import.
Q.Is Shichi-Go-San age calculated using traditional or actual age?
Milestones for ages 3, 5, and 7 are calculated automatically using actual (full) age.
